Neptune: Aquatic form

'Nuff said.

There are so many things wrong with this, I know. And don't expect to see it colored any time soon, there's a second half that is supposed to go to it. I can't even begin linearting it until I get that half done.

Uhmmm.... Yeah. He's supposed to have fur and all, but yeah, I didn't draw it in 'cause I forgot and I had to upload a humanized version to Y!Gallery... Which TOTALLY sucks.

He's a cat-merman... kinda. Whatever, don't feel like explaining.
